The Kojimachi Café avoids the use of genetically modified ingredients at all costs.
We have our organic vegetables directly delivered to us from Mr. (Owada) in Ibaraki prefecture,
and Mr. Kawada in Tochigi prefecture.
Grown in a clean, unpolluted environment, we hope you enjoy the freshness of our vegetables
packed with an extra-crunch.
